U.S. Treasuries yields fell to new record lows on Monday, Benchmark 10-year Treasury notes traded 7/32 higher in price to yield 1.44 percent, down from 1.46 percent late Friday. Benchmark yields on Monday touched 1.40 percent, a record low.
